I have 15+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, and technology, including consulting for several companies and leadership at a Fortune 5 healthcare organization driving large-scale process optimization and technology transformation. I hold a B.Tech from IIT Madras (India) and an MS from the University of Cincinnati. I have also owned and operated an e-commerce business with hands-on operational involvement.

Not the right operator profile for food service, bars, hotels, or hospitality-driven businesses.

B2C Home Services

Not interested in residential plumbing, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, or other blue-collar home services businesses.

E-Commerce & DTC

Not interested in online retail, dropshipping, Amazon FBA, or direct-to-consumer product brands.

Turnarounds or Fast-Growing Businesses

I look for healthy, mature businesses with stable cash flows. Not interested in distressed situations or high growth in the recent past.

California & New York

Due to regulatory complexity and cost structures, I pass on businesses based in CA or NY.

Declining Industries

Industries in structural decline (print, traditional mail services, legacy media) are not a fit regardless of financials.
